A family home for the 21st century.
Situated in a designated private residents estate in the heart of leafy Gerrards Cross, Cornerstones is a modern, yet traditional, family home within the Home Counties. Created behind a façade, which dates from the 1950’s, this beautifully restored family home reflects the spirit of the original design particularly the large and generously proportioned living areas which pay tribute to the original internal perspectives of the house. The house was refurbished, extended, and redesigned to provide 6 en-suite bedrooms, generous games room extending the entire 3rd floor, multiple lounges, large kitchen and utility. The house went from 3000sq ft to 6000 sq ft.
Outside the land was flattened to create large gardens around 2 sides of the house with a oval style swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Further drawings are being drawn to add a new 4500sq ft house on current expanse of land adjacent to Cornerstones.
